Open Outlook Express. You probably has an icon on your desktop, like the one above.

In Outlook, click on Tools, and then Accounts.

That will open a window labeled "Internet Accounts". Click on the Mail tab. Here you will see any
old mail accounts you have setup already. If you see any accounts here that you're not using, click on them,
and then click "Remove". To add your SurfBest account, click "Add" and then "Mail".

You will be asked for the name people will see when they receive mail from you.
This can be most anything you want. First and last name is common. Once done, hit next.

The next screen will ask for your email address. Remember to inclue the "@surfbest.net" at the end of it.

Next, enter the mail servers, as you see them above, and hit next.

The username here will be your full email address again. We recommend checking "Remember password".

You're done! Click Finish.

You can click close on the Internet Accounts, and you're ready to go.
