To Setup a 2nd Email & Identity in Outlook Express:

Open Outlook Express.
Windows comes with Outlook Express, and you probably have a shortcut on your desktop.

Click File, Identities, and then Add New Identity.

Enter in a name for the Identity: It is recommended that you use the name of the person using this identity.
Once done, click "OK".

You will be asked if you want to switch to that identity now; click "Yes".

Next, choose "Create a new Internet mail account" and press next.

Next, you'll be asked for the Display name, or the name that people will see when they receive mail from you.
Generally, the user's full name, or email address, is entered here. Once ready, press Next.

Choose "I already have an email" and enter you full email address here, and press next.

Enter in the email server names, as you see them below.
Make sure to choose the appropriate Server Settings based on the network you're on:
Mail Server Settings for SFB1, SFB2, SFB3, SFB5 & SFB7:
Incoming: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing: smtp.surfbest.net

Mail Server Settings for SFB4, SFB4 & SFB8:
Incoming: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing: smtp.sfb4.net, smtp.sfb6.net or smtp.sfb8.net, respectively

Mail Server Settings for SFB9:
Incoming: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing: smtp.sfb9.net

Mail Server Settings for SFB14:
Incoming: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing: smtp.sfb14.net

Mail Server Settings for SFB11, SFB12, SFB13 & SFB15:
Incoming: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing: smtp.surfbestisp.net

Next, enter your FULL email address, all lowercase, for the Account Name.
Then enter your password. It is recommended that you check the box for "Remember Password".
Do NOT check "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" -- it will not work.
Press next when you're ready.

On the next screen, click "Finish".

It is recommended that you choose "Do Not import at this time" as this may interfere with the settings.
However, if you're familiar with importing information, and you have such information to import from another
program such as Netscape, you can do so at this time. Once ready, click "Next".

If you chose not to import at this time, you'll see the window above.
You can just click Finish, and you're done!
