In Outlook XP, click on "Tools" and then "E-mail Accounts.
In the window that pops up, choose "Add a new e-mail account" and click next.
Next, choose "POP3" and press next again.
Enter in the appropriate information, using your email address and name. See below for the appropriate server settings.
That's it, you're done! Click Finish.

Make sure to choose the appropriate Server Settings based on the network you're on:
Mail Server Settings for SFB1, SFB2, SFB3 & SFB5:
Incoming: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing: smtp.surfbest.net

Mail Server Settings for SFB4 & SFB8:
Incoming: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing: smtp.sfb4.net or smtp.sfb8.net, respectively

Mail Server Settings for SFB9:
Incoming: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing: smtp.sfb9.net
