Display Name: Your Name
Email address: email@surfbest.net (with the '@surfbest.net' Example: joe@surfbest.net)
Incoming Mail: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing mail: See listing below for appropriate server settings
Account name: email@surfbest.net (with the '@surfbest.net' Example: joe@surfbest.net)
Password: your password - make sure the 'Remember Password' IS checked
Click finish
Highlight the one just completed (called "Your Name") and click on 'Set as Default'

Make sure to choose the appropriate Server Settings based on the network you're on:
Mail Server Settings for SFB1, SFB2, SFB3, SFB5 & SFB7:
Incoming: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing: smtp.surfbest.net

Mail Server Settings for SFB4, SFB4 & SFB8:
Incoming: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing: smtp.sfb4.net, smtp.sfb6.net or smtp.sfb8.net, respectively

Mail Server Settings for SFB9:
Incoming: pop.surfbest.net
Outgoing: smtp.sfb9.net
